Cajeta originally hails from the Rio Grande Valley, also known as the Valley. You could get away with calling it Northern Mexico… Actually, just call it Mexico.
Cajeta’s mission, as a Mexican Caramel treat, is to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. By day she’s a knitting needle and by night she’s a dancing diva who owns the court.
